This policy keeps the platform safe, lawful and available for everyone. It applies to every account, every AI agent interaction, and every integration you connect.

Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use Intellibiz AI to create, store or distribute:

  • unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or misleading material, including fake reviews, fabricated credentials, or investor materials you know to be false;
  • harassing, hateful, defamatory, or sexually explicit content, or anything that exploits or endangers minors;
  • malware, phishing pages, credential harvesters, or instructions for attacking systems;

  • regulated advice presented as coming from a licensed professional.

Platform integrity

Do not probe, scan or stress-test our infrastructure without written permission, bypass authentication or rate limits, scrape the product, resell access, share credentials, or attempt to extract another workspace’s data. Do not try to manipulate our AI agents into ignoring their instructions, revealing secrets, or acting outside your permissions.

Communications and outbound messaging

If you connect email, SMS, voice or social channels, you are the sender of record. You must have a lawful basis and, where required, consent to contact each recipient, honour unsubscribe and opt-out requests promptly, identify yourself accurately, and comply with anti-spam, telemarketing and call-recording laws in every jurisdiction you contact. Bulk unsolicited messaging is prohibited.

Data you upload

Only upload data you are entitled to process. Do not upload special category personal data, payment card numbers, government identifiers or health records into workspace documents. Third-party enrichment data must be used for legitimate business purposes only.

Automation and fair use

Automated scans, scheduled reports and agent runs are subject to fair use limits so that one workspace cannot degrade another’s performance. We may throttle or queue unusually heavy activity and will tell you when we do.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and, depending on severity, warn you, remove content, suspend a feature, suspend the account, or terminate it. Serious or illegal activity may be reported to authorities. Where practical we notify you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Report abuse through the contact options on our homepage.
