Workspace content — business plans, documents, reports, project details, messages and any files you upload so our AI agents can work on them.

Usage data — pages viewed, features used, and technical logs needed to keep the platform secure and reliable.

We use your information to operate your workspace, generate the deliverables you ask for, secure your account, provide support, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private workspace content for public marketing without your consent.

Prompts and content you submit are sent to our AI providers solely to produce your requested output. Where a provider offers it, we use configurations that exclude your content from model training.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, row-level access controls, and role-based permissions. Access is limited to the people and services that need it. We keep your workspace content while your account is active and delete or anonymise it after closure, except where we must retain records by law.

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and session security, plus limited analytics to understand feature usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though sign-in will not work without the essential ones.

You can view and update your profile at any time in account settings, enable multi-factor authentication, export your documents as PDFs, and request deletion of your account and associated data. Contact us and we will action verified requests.
