Accessibility Statement
Effective 9 August 2026
We build Intellibiz AI to be usable by everyone who runs a business, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification or captions.
Our commitment
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the marketing site and the workspace. Accessibility is treated as part of our engineering bar, not a post-launch clean-up.
What we do today
- Semantic landmarks and a single H1 per page, so screen readers can navigate structure.
- Full keyboard operation for navigation, dialogs, menus and drag-and-drop alternatives.
- Visible focus states and labelled form controls, including hidden labels where a field is icon-only.
- Colour contrast checked against AA thresholds in both light and dark themes, with no meaning conveyed by colour alone.
- Text alternatives for agent portraits, charts and status badges.
- Voice agents provide on-screen transcripts, and voice interaction is always optional — every voice feature has a typed equivalent.
- Documents export as tagged, resizable, printable PDFs with selectable text.
- Motion is limited and respects the operating system’s reduced-motion preference.
Known limitations
Some complex surfaces — deep organisational-hierarchy drag-and-drop, dense financial charts and third-party embedded content — are still being improved for non-visual use. Where a chart is hard to read, the same data is available in its table or PDF export. We keep a running list of accessibility work in our engineering backlog.
Assistive technology we test with
Current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox, paired with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, NVDA on Windows, and browser zoom to 200% plus 400% reflow.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of the platform blocks you, contact us through the options on our homepage with the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and will offer an alternative way to complete the task while we fix the underlying issue.
