Terms of Service

Effective 9 August 2026

These terms apply when you create an account or use any part of the Intellibiz AI platform. By using the platform you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity in your workspace. We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication. You must be authorised to act for any business you add.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, upload malicious code, attempt to access other workspaces, or generate content that is deceptive, harassing or unlawful. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches.

AI-generated output

Business plans, research, documents and other deliverables are produced with AI assistance. They are decision support, not professional legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Review output before you rely on it, and verify figures and claims before publishing or sharing them externally.

Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of the content you upload and of the deliverables generated for your workspace. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display that content so the platform can function. We keep ownership of the platform itself, its software, agent designs and branding.

Plans, payments and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance for the stated period and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available and secure, but it is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may add, change or retire features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities.
